Application
The height wedge is suitable for heavy cast or forged workpieces on large machine tools.

Execution
  • Spheroidal graphite iron and tempered steel annealed with a burnished finish
  • Wedge surface finely machined
  • With lateral clamping edge for mounting on the machine table
  • Additional centring hole in the bottom of the base area. This allows the alignment wedge to be mounted on "heavy screw jacks". A cylindrical pin to ISO 8734 - 12x30 is required for this.

Advantage
  • The finely machined wedge surfaces allow smooth, delicate adjustment, more accurate than 1/10 mm
  • The double wedge effect results in a large stroke and precise vertical movement without lateral displacement

Delivery
A ball attachment, art. no. 1027145 101, is included with each alignment wedge.

Notes
Art. nos. 1027145 101, 102 and 106 are suitable attachments for alignment wedges. For art. no. 1027140 101, the base plate can be dismantled to reach Hmin.
