Application
Suitable for light brushing work such as deburring, cleaning and removing discolouration. In addition to brushes with stainless steel filament, PFERD also offers INOX-TOTAL brushes for machining stainless steel (INOX). These are especially suitable for use in highly critical areas.

Advantage

Maximum protection against corrosion as all components are produced from grade 1.4310 (V2A) stainless steel (INOX).
The spreading action of the filament during rotation facilitates work in hard-to-reach places such as drilled holes and cavities
Very good corrosion resistance
Creates fine surfaces
The brush degreases and leaves behind no oil residues on the workpiece

Recommendations for use: Please observe the recommended speed values.
Safety precautions: When clamping the brush, make sure that the shank is clamped as far into the mount as possible. This is especially important when using at high speeds. The minimum clamping length is 10 mm.
