Application
For simple geometric workpieces with rough shapes without breakouts or large breakouts that can be sealed with sealing cords (size must be a multiple of the grid).

Execution

• Simple vacuum generation using compressed air. The built-in vacuum pumps (Venturi system) require an operating pressure of 3.5-6 bar
• The final vacuum is 80 mbar absolute (92 % vacuum)
• A built-in silencer in the vacuum plate reduces the noise of the escaping air
• The plates can be operated either with the integrated Venturi nozzle or with a vacuum pump. A suitable tool is supplied

Advantage

• The elastic sealing cords fill and even out minor irregularities and curvatures
• Good sealing, also suitable for rough (e.g. sawn) surfaces
• High retention forces, especially suitable for heavy machining such as milling and grinding

Delivery
1 vacuum grid plate, 2 adjustable clamps, 3 m pneumatic hose, 10 m vacuum sealing cord diameter 4 mm black, 1 vacuum generator (Venturi nozzle)

Notes
Conversion set for wet machining included in scope of delivery. A vacuum pump is also needed for wet machining.
