Description
ApplicationFor clamping tools with straight shank in ER collet chucks in accordance with DIN 6499.
Execution- Alloyed case-hardening steel, core tensile strength at least 950 N/mm².

- Case-hardened HRc 60 ± 2 (HV 700 ± 50), hardening depth 0.8 mm ± 0.2 mm.
- Max. concentricity < 0.005 mm.
- Taper angle tolerance quality < AT3 in accordance with DIN 7187 and DIN 2080.
- With Balluff chip hole.
- All functional surfaces machined.
- All ER16 collet chucks feature a hexagon nut.
